At Row Row’s Crafty Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade soaps. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate. Photos of the issue may be required to help us make it right.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Because our soaps are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, ingredients and scent strength are normal and not considered defects.
